a little note🧚‍♀️
Hi sunshines! ☀️ As we step into a new year, the internet is full of “start the year strong” and “new year, new me” energy. It can feel exciting at first, like a little dopamine sparkle… and then real life arrives with its chores, to-do lists, and old habits. That’s why it’s so important to meet every change with love and compassion for yourself. Yes, it’s powerful to set new goals and want to become the best version of yourself, but it’s just as important to move with ease and kindness, so you don’t burn out or give up in the first few months. So my question for you is: what is one small thing you do just for yourself, even if it’s only 5 minutes a day? That tiny act of self-care is more powerful than you realise 💛✨

For some reason, I find it extremely comforting to enjoy a drink as self care, and I mean even a sparkling water or orange juice or my morning coffee. Whatever it is, just immersing myself in enjoying it feels like self care, and I try to experience this every day ☺️
🌕 Closing One Chapter, Opening Another
A little year-end ritual for us, ladies 🌸✨ As we slide toward the edge of this year, there’s a soft pause happening… a moment where the old and the new shake hands. One version of you is wrapping up her story. Another is waiting just outside the door, barefoot and curious, wondering what you’ll invite her to create. Before we rush into “new year, new me” mode, I want to offer something grounding. Something that brings you back into your own orbit instead of everyone else’s expectations. 🔆 The Wheel of Life. It's simple, but it reveals so much. Think of it like a quiet conversation with yourself. A chance to look at the different areas of your life and notice where you feel nourished… and where you’re running on crumbs. Not from judgment. Not from pressure. Pure awareness. The first step on our Bloom & Shine Path. Here’s what I invite you to do this week: ✏️ Step 1 — Download or draw your Wheel of Life Split it into segments like:• Emotional wellbeing• Identity & self-connection• Family & relationships• Career & purpose• Fun & play• Physical health• Environment• Finances(Adjust however feels true for you.) 🌼 Step 2 — Give each area a score from 1–10 Not “how good am I doing?” But “how nourished do I feel here right now?” 🌱 Step 3 — Notice the story the wheel tells Where is there abundance? Where is there longing? What part of you has been whispering for attention? As you look at your scores, ask yourself one powerful question: “Does this area reflect my core values being honoured… or neglected?” Just awareness. Gentle, honest, powerful awareness. Your next chapter begins with knowing where you are standing today. Let’s walk into January with clarity, kindness, and a little sparkle in our pockets. ✨🌙

I love to reflect at the end of the year on how things went, and I like this version of doing so, not from such a black and white way of thinking, but from a "how does it feel" way of thinking. Great post! 🥰
✨ A Tiny Pep Talk From Someone Who Believes in You (…and Your Chaos) ✨
Hey you magical woman,💥 Just popping in to remind you of something very important: You’re doing great. 💎 No seriously — even if your life currently looks like a “before” picture. If you got out of bed today? Winner. If you drank water instead of surviving on pure vibes? Champion. If you did one productive thing (even thinking about being productive counts)?Iconic behaviour. Listen… healing, growing, reinventing yourself — it’s all messy, weird, beautiful chaos. And guess what? You’re handling it like an absolute legend. A few reminders for your fabulous brain: 🌻 It’s okay if your motivation comes and goes like WiFi in a basement. 🌻 It’s okay if your “self-care” today was avoiding people and eating snacks in peace. 🌻 It’s okay if you’re figuring things out one confused step at a time — we all are. And just in case no one told you: ✨ You’re improving faster than your phone battery drains. ✨ You’re stronger than your urge to procrastinate. ✨ You’re glowing (yes, even if you’re currently in pyjamas that have seen things). So keep going, keep laughing, keep being wonderfully imperfect. We’re in this together — growing, healing, and trying not to lose our mind in the process. You’ve got this.💛 And if you don’t, we’ve got snacks. 😄✨

Did You Know This About Emotions? 🤯
There’s a brain scientist named Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor who discovered that when an emotion gets triggered in our body — the actual chemical reaction only lasts 90 seconds. Yep. Just 1 minute and 30 seconds. After that, if we’re still upset, angry, anxious, or spiralling……it’s no longer the emotion itself. It’s our mind replaying the story and keeping it alive. When I learned this I was like: “Wait… so I’m not actually stuck in my feelings — I’m stuck in my thoughts about my feelings?” And honestly? Those 90 seconds usually pass way faster when I’m not adding extra drama on top. Imagine how much lighter we’d feel if we stopped feeding every emotion with a whole mental Netflix series 😅 Anyway, I thought this might help you today. Feel it, breathe through it… then let it go. 💛

Love it!! Your games are brilliant @Felicia-Dana-Patricia Perde ! I chose 3, so now I’m going to try to think of what my future self will thank me for….Probably cleaning my floor before I pick my baby girl up today, even though she will make it messy again as soon as she can 😂 Love my babies 🥰
