WHAT IS YOUR NICHE?
Wouldn't it be great to just have clarity on who your videos are for? and not have to sit around debating for 20 billion hours a week on what video to make next? Over the course of publishing 700+ videos I struggled with this immensely. So I'm going to make this simple for you. โ‡๏ธYou are the niche.โ‡๏ธ you can make videos about whatever you want the answer here is do whatever you can do sustainably so that you can do it long enough to figure out what you really want your channel to be about, based on audience reactions โ‡๏ธYOU WILL FIND YOUR NICHE FASTER IF YOU JUST START POSTING ABOUT WHAT YOUR INTERESTED IN. Action Creates Clarity So if you have a good idea, do it. Now what happens when you pick a niche and then you start getting the itch to make other types of content make a second channel. This is what really helped me. There are many things I would like to make a video about. But because I'm trying to build a high ticket offer, those videos wouldn't serve my ideal clients and they wouldn't work well on my channel. So i can just post those videos on another channel whenever i get the urge to make them This allows me to stay super niche on my main channel without burning out, because I have another creative outlet. So if you're just starting out, maybe donโ€™t pick a niche. And just go exploring and see what you find You Can always niche down later when you have more data to go off of. I hope this helps. Comment what your niche is and how you found it.

How Often Should You Post on YouTube?
Some say posting daily boosts growth, while others believe quality over quantity is key. Whatโ€™s your take? How often do you upload videos, and have you noticed any impact on growth?

The Illusion of Productivity: I wasted 10,000 Hours.
Itโ€™s funny looking backโ€”after I sold my previous company I developed an ego, I told myself how great I was. But in reality all my business choices were total failures and bad moves. I spent a lot of time on ridiculous thingsโ€”obsessing over a business card that no one would ever see, redoing my website over and over and over, changing my taglines endlessly. Whatโ€™s the name of my business? Oh, Iโ€™d get different domain names. Everything except actually doing business. And even as I got through those things, I just kept making more and more mistakes. I was doing things that didnโ€™t matter, avoiding the truly hard part, which was simply talking to a lot of people really fast and selling them stuff. That was the only thing that actually moved the needle, but I wasnโ€™t doing it. Instead, I was keeping myself "busy." Of course, you can imagine that all this work didnโ€™t do anything. So what did I think? That I wasnโ€™t being productive enough. That I just couldnโ€™t get enough done. And that became my main problemโ€”or so I thought. Since I believed that was the issue, I started looking for all the optimization techniques. Getting up early, setting routines, journalingโ€”all the things that everyone says you need to do. And that just became one more thing. And sure, all of that optimization mattersโ€”but only if youโ€™re at least doing the right things in the first place. And thatโ€™s the key: The biggest productivity boost you can make today is simply to only do the things you need to do. Nothing else. I donโ€™t know why itโ€™s so hard for us to do that. Self-sabotage? Fear of failure? Maybe. But we donโ€™t always see it. Instead of trying to optimize your life, thereโ€™s no point in even doing that until youโ€™re actually working on the right things. So then the only question to ask is: What is the right thing to work on? And while that is different for everyone, the scariest part of that question is that I rarely look to myself to answer it. It was just the endless scrolling of social media that would leave me confused as to what to do. Iโ€™d take in all these different opinions, strategies, and ideas, and instead of finding clarity, Iโ€™d end up more lost than before.

The Richest People Donโ€™t Chase Money... ๐Ÿ‘‡
They build things that print it for them. Here's why this mindset matters: ๐Ÿ‘‰ Money Follows ValueThe richest people focus on creating value, not just earning. When you build something valuable, money comes as a byproduct. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Create Systems, Not JobsThey build systems that run without their constant input. They create businesses, not just income. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Work Smarter, Not HarderThe goal is to leverage your time and resources. Invest in things that work for you, even when you sleep. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Long-Term FocusItโ€™s about patience. Building takes time, but the returns are worth it. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Be an Innovator, Not a FollowerDonโ€™t chase trends, create them. The true wealth comes from thinking differently and solving problems. ๐Ÿ’ก Action Step: Start thinking like a creator. Build something that makes money on its own, and watch how it transforms your financial future. This is the mindset of the rich. Focus on the long game. And according to what I've learned the last couple of days from "Reality Transurfing" book, don't attach yourself to the outcome and give it huge importance. The equation is easy bro. Do the inputs and 100% - GUARANTEED the outcome will come because it's a part of the equation. There's no equation without an outcome. Even if the outcome is small. You don't need to have a 1 million + 1 million = 2 million equation to see outcome. It could be 1 + 1 = 2 and still you will see outcome, yes it's small but that teaches you that you need to focus more on the inputs. Life is good. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
