Man, this is not easy. I honestly see why people give up on wholesaling. A lot of calling no answers a lot of hanging up tons of competition! Need some good suggestions to keep me motivated!

God is good y’all! I closed on a house in Denver, CO on Friday, July 25th and made a $14k fee on it. My JV partners put in a lot of work on the dispo side and made a decent fee as well. Shout out to Max Dispo! I also closed on a vacant lot in Bella Vista, AR on Monday and made $1k on it. It’s small, but I’ll take it! Should have another one under contract here in the next couple hours, God willing. All from the comfort of my home in El Paso, TX! God’s timing is perfect! I have a lot of big expenses coming up and these checks couldn’t have come at a better time. Stay at it guys! Keep God first and everything else will fall into place.
