If you had to choose by Wednesday 02/11/2026 to get either M2M or Xleads X plan which would you do? Let’s say you can afford the marketing budget for M2M but also you understand the business and can execute?

Hi everyone, Zach recently did a video that included list pulling for San Antonio Texas. If I remember right the initial list included 2.5 million properties. He used the saleability score to reduce the list way down. I don't remeber whether or not he used Skydrive to knock the list down further. I can't find the video. Does anyone have the link for that video. Perhaps Rick and Zach can add a transcript section to the SKOOL community that includes the texts from their videos. This would make it easy to find the video to rewatch the section. Maybe a search like "Zach San Antonio Million"
