Hello everyone My name is ayesha am housewife living in dubai. My Height is 5.3 weight is 66.9. I have one daughter Recently my gynecologist told me i have a mild symptoms of pcos am taking my medicine for that I want fo lose my weight my goal ia to reach at 60 which is fine according to my bmi I just want a full day diet plan nad some exercises also
