Made 100 calls tonight! Had 1 inbound call and I missed it.. they didn't answer my call back. Had 9 pick ups! 5 Wrong Numbers. 2 Not Interested. 1 Rambling Spanish a speaker I couldn't understand. 1 interested in selling! Left 29 Voicemails. Lots of no answers tonight! Oohhh man! Im getting a new number tomorrow forsure. Had this last one for the last 4 days and it's starting to drop in contact rates. Too much ringing and you start to zone out waiting for someone to answer... lol Came across this realtor who is interested in selling his property. He has it on the MLS. It's been there for a goood min. and just made a price cut a few days ago. Looks nice. But not exactly what I'm interested in. He does want to acquire more fix n flip projects in the near future though, so he's going on my buyers list. Let's see how many of these follow ups I can actually connect with tomorrow! Did some Cold Calling for 3-4 hours today. I focused on Tax Delinquencies, Pre-Foreclosures, Code Violations and XLeads Wholesaling Score 500-699. Here are my numbers: -151 Calls Made -14 Calls Answered -6 Not Interested -7 Wrong Numbers -1 Hang Ups -1 Callbacks -1 Potential Follow Up -45 Voice Mails Sent Looks like a 9.34% Total Contact Rate today. 11.11% for Tax-D, 10% for Code Vios, 13.33% for WS Score 500-699 & 5% for Lis Pendens. I can't do SMS yet through XLeads but I'm working on getting everything setup with my LLC. We are just getting started!

I'm trying to manually text lists, to stay compliant with the dnc and a2p. I'm currently using xleads as it has several things in it already like skip tracing, and so on. But I'm only knocking back a couple dozen a week, while I do get a few replies, I know I need more volume. In Ohio for reference. I'm motivated, but reaching people is definitely my bottle neck, be it time or method. I'm finally getting comfortable out reaching, small steps in the right direction.
