Day 7 of Being Consistent!
So my appointment got moved back to tomorrow because the properties owner got busy at work. Still had a successful day other than that though. Just have to keep going! Calls Made - 92 Answered - 19 Not Interested - 12 Wrong Number - 5 Potential Follow Ups - 1 Hang Ups - 1 Voicemails Left - 18 SMS Messages Sent (Burner App) - 15 Responses - 1 "Stop" Message - 1 Ghosted - 1
Day 6 of being Consistent! I've got an Appointment Tomorrow!!!
I split my calls between Code Violations and Pre-Foreclosures today and the difference was massive. Based of these stats I'm going to need to pull more Code Violations and just text Pre-Foreclosures. One guy I called said that he owned the property and recently had to move his father who was living in a property of his to assisted living and was looking to sell and he told me I could call him back tomorrow at 10am! Gonna do some due diligence on the property tonight and hope for the best tomorrow. Todays Stats: Code Violations: 20 Calls Made 10 Pick Ups! 1 Not Interested 3 Hang Ups 4 Wrong Numbers 2 Leads 1 Appointment Set 1 Not Qualified 1 Voicemail Left Pre-Foreclosures: 20 Calls Made 0 Answered 1 Voicemail Left
Days 3-5 of being Consistent!
The last 3 days I have had pretty much no time to make calls but I have spent any and all free time pulling more lists, manually skip tracing wrong number contacts and generally organizing all of my stuff. Tomorrow we are back on the cold calling grind!

How to see what Address is Calling you?
So in doing cold calling I have calls I receive get forwarded to my personal number because I'm likely not at my computer. My problem is I don't really have a way of looking up what property is attached to the phone number fast enough. If I was answering and they asked who I was and why I was calling and I don't have the address listed in front of me, what am I supposed to do? I think it might come off unprofessional if I say "could you remind me of your address" or something like that. I also think it's best for me to answer the phone otherwise I may not get in contact with them. So I was curious on what systems and strategies you guys use when being called.

Day 1 of going hard on being Consistent!
Did some Cold Calling for 3-4 hours today. I focused on Tax Delinquencies, Pre-Foreclosures, Code Violations and XLeads Wholesaling Score 500-699. Here are my numbers: -151 Calls Made -14 Calls Answered -6 Not Interested -7 Wrong Numbers -1 Hang Ups -1 Callbacks -1 Potential Follow Up -45 Voice Mails Sent Looks like a 9.34% Total Contact Rate today. 11.11% for Tax-D, 10% for Code Vios, 13.33% for WS Score 500-699 & 5% for Lis Pendens. I can't do SMS yet through XLeads but I'm working on getting everything setup with my LLC. We are just getting started!

@Axel Lionel I just don't want to become dependent on getting a deal. I need to be able to survive without one and continue to make smart financial decisions until I get a deal just in case I don't. I have full belief I CAN though!
@Axel Lionel Throughout all of June and July I am going to go all out and see if I can even come close to a deal. I'll still work this after that but if I'm not seeing progression then I would have to at least consider alternatives. I have great confidence in wholesaling though.
