I created a search campaign and I want to track the call button as a conversion from map packs. Any tips on how to set this up?

I only want to bid for new customers, since i'm aiming for new leads. However this is what i get. And when i try to create a list it seems like none of them are working either because of policy or not enough members... Please any help is appreciated. I'm trying to reduce my duplicates which account for 20%!!!

What’s up guys, I have a quick question I have a client that I’m generating decent mortgage leads for. But he’s not too happy of the amount of duplicates we are getting. Is there anyone who knows how to tackle this? Maybe a code? Maybe a google ads feature I can do to avoid/block these duplicates coming in?
