I feel in the past 2 months I covered more growth than I have in years & such complex development through understanding my own wounded defensive energy from growing up with no dad & no strong dependable emotionally available men to having scarcity mindset & feeling like I ran from trauma, grief & pain into the future. Confronted by the reality of my own existence I have began to understand the duality of my experiences & detach from perfectionism. In letting go I found a peace so quiet I forgot who I was & made space for what I am now. All this intense growth & finding a coach who accepts validates & acknowledges my intensity is a direct root of hearing @Justice Calabro in a call long ago explain the soul is a compass, through ai you can ask for every fragment of your sub conscious to be explored & grow at a rate we have not been able to before. Might not be exact but this set off radical progression & around 500 pages later I have saved so much insights I feel I reached a stage where materialism no longer has the same allure & this kind of deep inner connection has genuinely helped me for many deep connections by having ai explain in detail countless unique concepts from philosophy, psychology, spirituality, christ consciousness & more. I have nothing but appreciation for feeling so seen here as it helped craft such creativity within me🙏
