Army West Point grad, last year before REI takes over W2. Niche is turn keys in the Midwest & I stack private lending notes, looking to learn more in the commercial space
@Daryl Crabtree personally, i invest in other peoples notes; ie. 12% amortized note for 3-5 years; i fund the notes with regular capital or play arbitrage; the extra cash flow helps with the thinner margins on the TKs, but i like the tax harvesting of the ownership side
