Day: Friday Goal (next 3 months): Learn Video Editing at a professional level and start earning $1.5k - $2k Sleep Log: • Slept at: 11:30 PM • Woke up at: 5:00 AM Reminders: - Focus on just 1-2 things each day. - Build discipline rather than relying on motivation - Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. - Take care of your physical and mental health. Time Stamps: 5:00 am - 6:30 am: - Woke up, tahajjud, did Sehri - Fajar prayer - Went back to sleep 9:00 am - 11:00 pm: - Went out for an important work 11:00 am - 2:30 pm: - Went out for an important work - Study session 2:30 - 5:15 pm: - Zuhr prayer and recited the Quran - Watched a Tadabbur Quran video - Asr prayer - Took a nap 5:15 - 9:30 pm - Prepared Iftar, got ready, and did Iftar - Maghrib prayer, had dinner, and cleaned the kitchen - Made chai and spent time with family - workout 9:30 - 11:30 pm - Nighttime skincare, Isha prayer - Watched the tutorial and did video editing practice Diet + Gym: Sehri: Roti with omelette, 3 tbsp yogurt with honey, 1 cup Chai Iftar: Fruit chaat, Rice with Aloo gosht curry, 1 cup chai Workout: 40 minutes strength training Reflection: Posting my journal after almost two weeks. Got very busy with a few things, and Ramadan started as well. Still trying to figure out my routine in Ramadan, where I can be more productive and help me achieve my worldly and spiritual goals inshaAllah. Ramadan Mubarak to all.
