Allhamdulilah it went well Steps✅protein ✅no junk✅no sugar ✅ Allhamdulilah I am grateful for everything 🔥 I tried to control myself today Everyone was eating mithai today but I didn’t instead of that I eat date and slept😛

Controlling sugar cravings is a tough task I must say🥵🥵🥵

Thank you so much ☺️ needed this kind of motivation ❤️❤️yesterday I my weight was different and today it’s the same😑😑but i didn’t give up and I continued to challenge as i thought it will be my hormonal imbalance and lack of sleep 🥲but i will not give up until i get my desired weight scale😷in shaa Allah
