Can we make it so that only people from "Paid Group ABC" and "Paid Group XYZ" can send us DMs, but not people from "Free Group 123"? I keep getting DMs from people that are on Skool (exclusively in Free Groups) and they keep sending me DMs. example: John = Is a member in "Free Group 123" but also in "Paid Group ABC" Alex = Is only a member in "Free Group 123" In this case, I'd want only John to have the option to send me a DM and not Alex. Can we make this happen? This would not only be ideal to admins but also for members, because I'm sure members will get tons of these DMs from others too.
I have been getting LOADS of cold messages that are totally irrelevant to anything I do and so I've been using the blocking feature. It's annoying and not the ethos I personally want on Skool
Question-- Are courses being built in Skool or are they built elsewhere and hosted on Skool? I hope my question makes sense. I was using Thinkific and courses were both built and hosted there. In looking at Uplevel, it looks as though the videos were probably created as a Keynote then uploaded which seems good and simple. I'm starting to compare Skool against other teaching platform including having my programs hosted on my own site. Merci
Really? I've been on sabbatical for almost a year, and am starting to work towards a relaunch in April. I'm a bit out of the loop, but am very curious if and how Skool can replace what I've been using. And why it's better. If it can, that'd be really great. That's my feedback ,)
Where ya'll at with the process? Second question, who owns the content posted on Skool? Third question / suggestion- some kind of file option would be most helpful within groups so we can upload resources for clients. Thanks!
Love using this. It would be helpful if we could filter our notifications-- so I know which group specifically has which notifications. Currently they're all in one pile.
@Sid Sahasrabuddhe thanks! Can we create folders to where files are stored? I understand how to upload a file but folders would be great. I used folders to store files like Q + A schedule etc.
@Sam Ovens I keep a few documents available for clients. These include: Call schedule, how to join weekly Q + A calls and other resources I want them to have. To my understanding, I can add files to posts which is fine, but I'd rather keep said files in 1 place where they won't get buried under / within posts. I understand I can save post, but sometimes I can have 10 files for them as resources. So a tab or something that has these files saved would be most useful. If this is possible and I'm not seeing it, that's great. Hopefully I'm clear in my explanation. I can have a Google folder or something they can access. TY!
