Day 9: Power Day
Breakfast: Small plate of boiled rice with a boiled egg and dal. Snack: 2 oranges. Dinner: 1 roti with mixed vegetable curry. Water Intake: 4 glass💧 Steps: 7,000 🚶‍♀️ Gratitude Note: Grateful for the strength and motivation to stay consistent and take small steps toward a healthier lifestyle. 💖
