Stay calm act like you’ve done this before remember you’re on their turf and sometimes that can make people a bit defensive so don’t react just show them you’re not phased people respect that and honestly sometimes if you stay positive they end up coming around
You don’t need permission to be the best—just the guts to own it.
Most people out there wonder why no one notices them. Here’s the truth: they haven’t made the decision to stand out. You want to be recognized? Start by figuring out who you are and what you stand for. Not just in real estate—this applies to everything in life. Who are you, really? What do you want to be known for? Here’s a hard pill to swallow: if you don’t know what you want, no one’s going to figure it out for you. You have to define it. You have to speak it. And yeah, you’ve got to have the guts to say it out loud. I’ve said from day one that I’m the best agent in the UK—not hoping it’d happen, but knowing it. The funny thing is, when you keep saying it, it becomes reality. Not because of some magic, but because you condition yourself and everyone else to see it. You say it enough, believe it enough, and back it up with action—it’s game over for your competition. So ask yourself right now: who do you want to be? The one who gets by, or the one everyone knows by name? Once you decide, you’ve got to hammer that into your brain every single day. Keep telling yourself you’re the best, until the world has no choice but to believe it too. No one’s coming to hand you success. You have to claim it. So if you’re serious, stop sitting on the fence, start saying it—and live it. Own who you are, and the world will follow. 🔥 Here’s what I want you to do: 💥 In the comments, tell me who you are and who you want to be. 👇🏼

First Independent Client
Good morning, everyone! I hope you've all had a fantastic week. I have a quick question I'd love your input on. If I were to sign my first client to sell their property independently (outside of the estate agency I work for), is there anything legally or professionally stopping me from doing so? Would I need to register as an estate agent, or could I manage this freelance style? I’m looking to get all my ducks in a row, as I'll be doing some door-knocking on my days off. Thanks in advance for your help and guidance!

First Sale Agreed!!!!
I’ve managed to agree my first sale. Started £30,000 under asking with my negotiation skills from the car business and being able to paint pictures and tell stories it was much easier than I thought. Settled on £5,000 under asking price but both parties are happy with that price. First of many how is everyone’s week going I hope you’re all smashing it.
Unlocking The Next Stage
