First Sale Agreed!!!!
I’ve managed to agree my first sale.
Started £30,000 under asking with my negotiation skills from the car business and being able to paint pictures and tell stories it was much easier than I thought.
Settled on £5,000 under asking price but both parties are happy with that price.
First of many how is everyone’s week going I hope you’re all smashing it.
