Another was an operations manager for a construction firm. I myself, was a chef 6 years ago before I jumped into real estate. I now own a brokerage in 4 different countries. In matter of fact majority of our agents are new to the industry. This is because I don’t hire employees. Instead I keep a look out for entrepreneurs. I look for people that want to be leaders. I look for individuals that understand growth is lonely and I look for people that will do whatever it takes to change their circumstances.
