🚀 Welcome to the #1 Google Ads community for D2C and dropshipping ecom operators
Hey - glad you're here. This is Google Ads eCom Lab. It's a free community for ecom operators who want to actually get good at Google Ads - not from theory, but from the system we use on 200+ live client accounts generating €200M+ in tracked sales. What this room is A Google Ads war room for D2C and dropshipping store owners. You get a full scaling course, monthly live calls, daily tactical chat, weekly templates, and a network of operators who are running the same stuff you are. 💪 ✅ The rules 1. Stay tactical. No motivation posts, no "what does everyone think of X" without a specific question. 2. No pitching. Don't promote your agency, course, SaaS, or service. Zero tolerance. 3. No generic advice. If you're answering someone, give them the actual answer - not "it depends" with nothing underneath it. 4. Confidentiality. Don't share other members' numbers, stores, or strategies outside this room. 5. Respect the room. This is an operator community - act like one. 🎯 Where to start Head to the Classroom tab. Start with module 1 ("Google Ads Masterclass for eCom Brands"). Go through the first three modules before asking questions in chat - most of the foundational stuff is covered there. If you're already advanced - jump straight to the Performance Max or ROAS troubleshooting modules and bring your specific account questions to Thursday teardowns or the monthly call. 📲 Monthly live call We run a group call every month. The date gets posted here and in the Events tab one week out. Bring your campaign, your screen-share, your question. We audit live. No pre-packaged presentations - just real accounts, real problems, real fixes. One ask If this room helps you - post your win on Saturdays. Not to flex. Because the person two steps behind you needs to see what's actually possible. That's how the room compounds. 🔥 See you in the feed, Chris

@Yoka Schippers That’s a great mindset, and I completely agree with you on that. Having that balance really does make a big difference, especially in business where it’s easy to get overwhelmed if you’re not grounded physically and mentally. Do you find that staying active actually helps you stay more consistent with your business work as well?

@Yoka Schippers Absolutely, I agree with you on that. Consistency really is what separates people who just start from those who actually build something long-term. Even small actions done daily add up a lot over time. Do you apply that same mindset more in your business side, or is it something you focus on across everything you do?
GMC Misrep - address and phone number question
Hi everyone, I’m new here and have a question about my GMC misrep. I’ve checked my site using the GMC Suspension video, which was very valuable. However, I’m still unsure about one thing: my address details. I sell in the UK, but my company is based in the Netherlands. My footer shows my Dutch business address with a UK phone number. I thought this would be better for trust. I also use these details consistently in my policies and GMC. Could this be causing the misrepresentation issue? And if so, can I remove the phone number everywhere and only provide an email address, or would a Dutch phone number be better? Does anyone here have experience with this or any advice? Also, is there a shareable/editable link available for the GMC Unban Blueprint?

@Yoka Schippers Yes, that could definitely be contributing to the misrepresentation issue. Having a Dutch business address with a UK phone number can look inconsistent to Google and may trigger trust issues, even if your intentions are good. Usually it’s better to keep business details fully consistent and accurate everywhere. If your business is based in the Netherlands, I’d personally keep the Dutch address and either use a Dutch phone number or just remove the phone number entirely and stick with email/contact form if that matches your setup. Consistency usually matters more than trying to localize details for trust. Did this misrepresentation issue start after changing any contact/business info recently?
keywords title - Best Practice
How can I ensure my ads appear for specific keywords in Performance Max? Is there any effective way to prioritise certain search terms? I’ve already included these keywords in my titles and descriptions, but they tend to appear in the middle rather than at the beginning, as the first part usually focuses on the type of cream I’m selling. I’m trying to understand how to better structure or optimise the text to improve visibility for those target keywords.

@Toni Marin With PMax, you can’t force exact keyword targeting the same way as Search, but you can still influence relevance. Including important keywords naturally in product titles, descriptions, feed attributes, landing pages, and asset groups helps Google understand what queries you want to be associated with. Product feed quality usually has a huge impact too. You can also use search themes/audience signals to guide PMax toward higher-intent searches. Are you mainly trying to push branded terms, problem-aware keywords, or more generic product keywords?
GMC “Parked Domain” Issue Even After Approval (Happened Twice)
I’m facing a weird issue with Google Merchant Center. Twice now, I submitted my store for review and got approved, but within minutes my account was suspended again for the same reason. The issue says “parked domain,” but my site is a fully functional Shopify store with products, navigation, and all policies (shipping, returns, privacy). It’s live and accessible. I’ve already checked everything, removed placeholder content, and made sure the domain is properly connected, but it still keeps happening. Has anyone faced this before? What exactly triggers the parked domain flag even after approval, and how did you fix it?

@Amit Ghimire A parked domain flag usually gets triggered when Google thinks the site looks incomplete, inactive, or not trustworthy enough, even if the store is technically live. Sometimes it’s caused by thin homepage content, weak navigation, broken links, placeholder sections, domain/redirect issues, password protection remnants, or themes/apps affecting how Google crawls the store. Since you got approved and then flagged again quickly, it sounds more like an automated recheck issue than a manual review problem. Did you recently connect a new domain, switch themes, or make any major store edits before this started?
GMC issue
Hey everyone, Would really appreciate some help with this situation. I’ve have my GMC account running for about 5 months now and never had this issue before. A few days ago, I received an email from GMC saying there was a problem with my account (“website or online shop needs improvement”) and my product listings got limited visibility. I requested a review and it got approved, but shortly after (yesterday) I received the same email again and now my shopping ads are not displayed and my products are not showing. I’ve gone through the requirements they mention. My domain matches correctly, I couldn’t find any broken links, I don’t have any placeholder images or unfinished content, my product data matches my website and all my business information and policies are in place. I do have around 800-900 products, so checking everything in depth is quite difficult. I haven’t faced this issue before, which is why I’m confused what could suddenly be triggering it now. I guess you guys have probably seen this before many times, what is usually the main reason behind this kind of issue? I’m also a bit worried they might suspend my GMC if this keeps happening, since this is already the second time... Any help would mean a lot 🙏

@Simona Peychinova This usually happens when Google detects trust or consistency issues somewhere on the site, even if everything looks fine on the surface. With 800+ products, sometimes the issue comes from a small mismatch across product pages like pricing/availability differences, broken variants, missing shipping/returns info, policy inconsistencies, or low-quality/outdated pages that are easy to miss manually. Since this happened twice, I’d probably do a deeper audit across random product pages, checkout flow, mobile version, and structured data/feed sync. Have you made any recent theme, app, feed, or website changes before this started happening?
