Broadhead choice
So for my bear hunt this year these are my 3 choices of broadhead to choose from. A 3 blade razorhead, a 2 blade single bevel grizzly, or two blade ace express. I also have the two blade single bevel razorhead but at that point I think id rather go with the grizzly I dont love how small the razorheads are. I may even consider a vpa 3 blade. I really like 3 blades but I dont have any vpa right now. I haven't shot the ace yet but I hear really good things. The grizzly and razorhead both shoot like a dream. Took my first deer with one of these Grizzlies. Which of these would you choose?

hi ! I don't think I'm legit to talk about how kill a potentially dangerous animal, which we don't have here in France. But our largest wild boars are no less dangerous and are much better protected, which is why we call this protection "Armor." For me, the double-bladed arrow surpasses any other format for penetrating bone, especially on a downward shot where the entry is often high and therefore leaves fewer external signs. Whereas if the exit is low, the mark is massive and abundant, especially if the shot is taken from a three-quarter rear angle. I'm not a big fan of single-bivel blade , given the observations of the edge after penetrating substantial bone. "Traditional" sharpening remains superior. In my opinion, the most important thing is the FOC (greater than 20%) and a perfectly stabilized trajectory as quickly as possible after exiting the bow window. Of course, the residual kinetic energy will do the rest of the work, and it's this that determines the cutting width of your blade. The blade depends on the animal chosen. I would be delighted to discuss this with you all on a podcast and freely share our experiences and knowledge on this vast and potentially controversial topic. Stay safe

Beautiful 34° and sunny today. Shot the block target for about 10 minutes, then went in the garage to get a tennis ball. Couldn’t find one, but I found a fluorescent pink rubber baseball instead. 👍🏼 I spent the next hour chasing it around my backyard from 5-30 yards. It was super fun, very productive and my shoulder is feeling good!

It's always a pleasure to release a few arrows when the sun is shining.

Little Bug’s Longbow
Started tillering my granddaughters longbow I started a few weeks ago. Still pretty cold out, so I put the tillering tree together at my temporary workbench/dining room table. It’s coming along.

Great! Do you nourish the wood during the branch balancing phase? With oil or by monitoring the humidity level?
