Day 2: It's a Great Day for a Great Day | Moving Through January
Today is a light, full-body movement session. January 2 might not feel as exciting as January 1, but it’s just as important. Every day holds possibility when we choose to show up. Today also matters a little more because it’s @Colleen Hopper birthday 🎉. A good reminder to treat every day as something worth celebrating. Move gently, keep showing up, and let each day feel like a great day to move!

Showed up, job done. Happy Friday, Happy Birthday Colleen🥳
Day 1: Let’s Keep Showing Up | Moving Through January
Today isn’t about a fresh start or a big reset. It’s about continuing. Light, joyful movement to remind ourselves that every day holds opportunity. We show up to feel stronger, more balanced, and more at ease. One day at a time.

Day 31: Kung Fu Cardio | December Challenge
Let’s have some fun with movement today. Think of it as a little kung-fu cardio. No overthinking, no pressure, just moving and enjoying your body. There’s no need to “start over” because the year is changing. This is simply another opportunity to keep showing up. If you move a little better, even one percent, that’s enough. Enjoy the movement. Enjoy the moment. No perfection required.

I agree with Iris, Every day Energy. An early morning Energy snack. Happy New Years Eve.
Day 30: Fun Winter Movement l December Challenge
Today’s movement is inspired by winter sports. Curling, skating, skiing — playful, dynamic ways of moving that remind us how natural movement really is. Let yourself be a kid again. Explore different ways to move, shift, and play. Move with joy. Move with curiosity. Enjoy your body in every season.

Good Tuesday Morning, Soo happy for this sesion today. This was how I discovered Drew. I have a sleigh story, I spent weekends on my grandparents farm. After chores where done, there was a few hours to play. I waxed my sled, and found the biggest hill. North feild, a gate that entered the house yard. I stopped at my grandmas feet. If I had of came down the other way. I would have met my grandpa with the muck from horses. Grandma said something about using different wax, and went to find grandpa with her coffee grinds & peels. Also looking forward to the winter olympics, I carried a flag, and handed athletes a bronze medal. Right now I'm watching the world junior hockey game.

@Denny Fairchild I do better with Drew s version of skiing. In real life, I always fall under the lift. Skiing and I we don t get along. I like snow shoeing.
You're Never Too Old!
Talking With Docs is one of my favourite YouTube channels because they make health info fun, real, and refreshingly simple and honest. This video features a 75-year-old woman lifting weights and transforming her health. Watch it for a smile, a mindset shift, and a little inspiration to rethink what your body is capable of at any age.
