Section 2 of the Awakening Assessment just showed me that the "really heavy job" I took on as a kid - standing between my crying mum and my dad - is the exact same role I still play everywhere. But now I get frustrated when things don't work And the version of me I'm hiding isn't dramatic. She just wants to be loud when she's excited.

Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and discovered something I didn't expect: I've been through 8 coaches not because nothing works, but because none of them were offering what I actually need, which is the ability to do it MYSELF. Also caught myself shrinking my own goals mid-sentence without even realizing it. Full report is next.
