This is a great natural electrolyte option during detox, fasting, juicing, or anytime your body feels depleted. Ingredients • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks • Juice of 1/2 lemon • 1 cup coconut water • Pinch of Himalayan salt How to make Blend everything together until smooth. You can strain if you prefer it lighter, or sip as is. Why this works • Pineapple supports digestion and inflammation • Lemon helps with mineral absorption and gentle detox support • Coconut water replenishes potassium and hydration • Himalayan salt provides trace minerals needed for nervous system balance This is especially helpful if you’re feeling: • weak or lightheaded • headachy • restless or depleted • low energy during detox or fasting Sip slowly and listen to your body. ✨ MARCH DETOX FLOW ✨
Alright everyone, here’s the breakdown of what we’re doing this month so you can start preparing. As I explained in the video, last month many of you focused on supporting the liver and bile flow, which helps release toxins stored in the body. But the organs that actually remove those toxins are the kidneys and the lymphatic system. So this month we’re focusing on helping the body move those toxins out properly. Here’s the schedule for March: 🔹 March 20–22 3 Day Water Fast 🔹 March 23–25 3 Day Juice Cleanse Zoom Check-ins during the fasting phase: • March 21 – 1am (30 mins long) • March 24 – 1am (30 mins long) After that reset phase we begin the deeper detox. 🔹 March 27 – April 5 The River Of Self Kidney & Lymphatic Cleanse Zoom calls during this phase: • March 29 – 1am (30 mins long) • April 1 – 1am (30 mins long) • April 4 – 1am (30 mins long) The Kidney & Lymphatic Cleanse course will be released in about a week and a half, so use this time to start preparing your body for the detox phases coming up. We will also have a private WhatsApp support group for this cleanse so we can stay connected and support each other during the process. ⚠️ The WhatsApp group will be available only for Gold and VIP members. If you’d like to participate in the WhatsApp support group and you’re not currently in those tiers, now is your chance to upgrade. Leo will also be creating two energetic support MP3s for this month: • One for the fasting/cleansing phase • One for the kidney & lymph detox phase These are optional, but highly recommended if you want to support the energetics of the organs and nervous system during detox. Each MP3 will be $37. This entire detox protocol for the month, including the fasting guidance, the kidney & lymphatic cleanse, the Zoom support calls, and the WhatsApp group, will be available only for our Gold and VIP members. None of this will be available for the free tier. 🍏✨ RAW APPLE FENNEL SLAW (Creamy + Detox Friendly) ✨🍏
This one is LIGHT, crisp, slightly sweet, slightly tangy, and so refreshing for the gut. Perfect during detox, liver support, or when you want something creamy without heaviness. 🥗 Base • 1 large fennel bulb, very thinly sliced • 1 crisp apple (Pink Lady or Granny), thin slices • 1 cup thin sliced napa cabbage or celery • 2 tbsp fresh dill • 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onion Squeeze fresh lemon over apples immediately so they don’t brown. 🥣 Creamy Raw Dressing (Lighter Version) • ½ cup thick coconut yogurt or blended young coconut meat • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar • 1 small piece grated ginger • ½ tsp sea salt • Optional: 1 soaked date if you want slightly sweeter Blend until smooth. Toss everything together gently. Let sit 10–15 minutes so the fennel softens slightly and absorbs the flavor. ✨ Optional upgrades: • Lemon zest • Cayenne Pepper 🌶️ • Pinch crushed fennel seeds • Splash raw sauerkraut juice • Sprinkle hemp seeds This supports digestion, bile flow, and keeps things alkaline without feeling heavy. 🌿 Liver Flush – Day 6 Check In 🌿
We’re getting close now. By Day 6 the body usually knows something is happening. Bile has been thinning. Fat intake has been low. Hydration has been steady. Pressure is building. You might notice: • More frequent bowel movements • Darker or different coloured stool • Mild nausea • Headaches • Emotional waves • Skin changes • Or a surprising sense of lightness All normal. This is the preparation phase before release. Important reminder: Do not start stacking extra detox tools right now. Keep it simple. Let the liver do what it’s preparing to do. Focus on: ✔ Malic acid / apple juice ✔ Low fat ✔ Simple meals ✔ Hydration ✔ Rest And I also want to know… How are you feeling energetically? Is anything surfacing emotionally? Any old memories? Any trauma or suppressed feelings coming up? The liver stores more than toxins. Check in below: Energy? Elimination? Mood? Anything shifting? We’re almost at the release window now. Stay steady 🙌🏽

🔥 DAY 2 CHECK-IN – How Is Your Liver Responding? 🔥
Beautiful beings 🤍 We are officially on Day 2. This is usually where you begin to feel the shift. Lower fats + softened bile + lighter digestion = your liver adjusting. Some of you may feel: • Headache • Fatigue • Irritability • Sugar cravings • Emotional sensitivity • Brain fog • Slight tightness under the right rib This is normal. Before reacting, check: ✔ Are you drinking at least 2–3L of water? ✔ Are you taking your apple juice or malic acid consistently? ✔ Are you fully lowering fats (no oils, nuts, seeds, avocado)? ✔ Are you eliminating daily? If you’re not eliminating, increase water and fiber immediately. Detox must move out, not just circulate. Remember: We are preparing the liver, not forcing it. If you’re feeling emotional waves, pause and observe. The liver holds suppressed anger and control patterns. Let it surface without projecting it outward. Drop below: 1️⃣ What you’re eating today 2️⃣ Your energy level (1–10) 3️⃣ Any symptoms you’re noticing Let’s adjust early and keep this smooth going into the deeper days 🔥🤍 Btw video 2 drops in a few hours! Today I had a banana, water, spinach, mixed berries+maca smooothy. For lunch and dinner I had rainbow salad with sauerkraut on the side. 1 liter of apple juice in the meantime, lemon water and herbal tea. I had diarrhea. Saw some stones from liver. Was very happy and proud of my progress ✨ Today was more emotional than yesterday (listened to the mp3 yesterday evening, which helped to flash out stones and for emotions to come up), yet still a good day. Energy level 10. Felt trauma comingup on a sexual basis. Cried. Focusing on letting go. I am happy I am taking part in this cleans. It really benefits me. Thank you❤️🙏
