Day 53 Of Learning In Public! -> Created a Crazy Follow Up Sequence!
Today, I worked on a follow up sequence integration for my Customer Experience Agent which was really crazy, cuz it worked really well! So the idea is to create a chatbot for a Pet Grooming Company, which will answer queries and book appointments in Google Calendar! Whenever the user types the pets name, his/her preferred grooming style and other notes everything gets saved in a DB! So, the next time we say something like "Hello", it will respond back saying "Hey, Hows Sammy(Pets name) doing? Is she doing good with her allergies?" But, to get this even further, If the user is inactive with the agent for 6 days then we are generating a follow-up message based on the data that is stored in the DB! This is one of the example: """Hello Muhammad Arhan! We hope Sammy is still loving those warm baths, we remember he enjoys his grooming sessions with hot water. It’s been a little while since Sammy’s last pampering on November 3rd, and we’d love to help keep him feeling fresh and comfortable. How about scheduling his next cozy grooming appointment soon? We’re here to make sure Sammy stays happy and well-groomed. Just let us know a time that works for you!""" Day 54 Of Learning In Public! -> Client Work...
I had a call with my first client today, who was inactive for some reasons! We had some talk about the current projects and we also looked on the Figma "Make" Website builder, and it was soo similar to lovable! But it didnt do well, when we tested it out🙂‍↕️ Anyways, If you remember from my Day 28-29, I was working on a Facebook Ad Theif Automation! Im working on making it more efficient so that we dont burn money while scraping and generating the images. I also got our competitors Ad library, in our call today! We also had some talk on the Podcast Generator, and the client thought of doing something like scraping the house listing from zillow and generating a podcast using NotebookLM to feature that house in the podcast, and make some potential clients buy the house! The idea was really good, but Notebook LM doesnt provide any API access and we had some other problems, so we didnt go forward with it for now.. I'm thinking of creating it anyways(with a prompt generator for NotebookLM which the client can just paste to NotebookLM), because if it works well then it is great! Day 55 Of Learning In Public! -> Created a Lead Reactivation Automation!
Today I started learning about Livekit, I started with some basics and its going well so far! Also today I created 2 projects which come under the Lead Reactivation Automation! One is Follow Up Sequence for Quoted-Not-Closed Leads, which is like they have booked an appointment and they are getting reminded to pay the Ammount before the Appointment! Another One was a Follow Up Sequence for Unpaid Invoices. I heard that many businesses just forget about people who dont pay their ammount after some time. They just forget about it and their money+time is GONE! So I have created a Follow-Up Sequence to get their money Back! Here there are 2 types of People: One are people who forgot to pay and another who were trying to get a free Appointment! I have no thoughts on the 2nd type but we can create some automation for them as well! Think of something like if they dont pay and start harrassing in the SMS, the agent will transfer the chats to the owner and they'll file a case to the Police(Thats not a good Usecase I guess🥲).. Anyways, Im focussing on the 1st Type of People and It should work well! I was using OpenPhone as my phone number provider and I changes it to Twilio because it was not compatible with ElevenLabs Conversational AI! Now, I need to connect the Twilio Number to my workflow, and start using it for the SMS integrations!
