Hey Community! Im finally going to finish my Grade 10 on April 4th, and Im looking for Opportunities, where I can learn the core of AI! So, Im Researching on Different Colleges for my Future Studies.. But it seems like I have to wait for Another 2 years just to get into a College which really focusses on AI.. I cannot wait that long, judging by the fact that AI is growing soo rapidly... I am open to self study, but I also want to go to a university where people are also learning about AI! If, in any of your connections can help me get into a University which really focusses on AI, then please let me know.. I want your help because I need to complete my 11th-12th and then get into a University, which is a problem.. So if anyone can help me connect with the directors of any University who are open to get me in then that would be really good! Im open to learn anything just to get the Admission(Like Maths Topics that are not taught in 10th Etc) I have been working on these AI Agents, Voice Agents and AI Automations for a while and Im interning at a Company, Working with Many Clients etc! Hey Humans! I'm having my SSLC Examination from March 18 to April 4th, and Im also having Pre-Boards from January 5! So, Im taking a pause for 4 Months on these AI Stuffs and Focussing 90% on my Studies! I'll be learning and checking on all the New models and other things that come up, just to be Up-To-Date! These 3 days I had some Calls with my clients, Another Contest from My Own School and I completed the Voice AI Capability for my CX Agent! The Contest went really good! I created some really good AI Projects to showcase how my school can leverage AI! The judges werent soo excited about it, and they were(I dont know, not interested?).. But even there I started working on a another teams project who wanted to create a Human Follower Robot using Arduino Uno, IR Sensor, Ultrasonic Sensor, Servo Motor, Motor Driver etc. They had bought all the circuit boards etc, but they didnt know to do the connection.. Its been a year since I have touched hardware but it was really Awesome to get back using those things! I wouldnt forget those burns, wires and all the other stuffs. Those were really messed up😂 Other then that I tested the Voice Agent and it worked really well.. There were some problems in it which we resolved everything in about 2 hours(I know thats a lot of time, but there were new problems everytime we called the agent🙂). There was a time when the Agent even said random stuffs and at the end told to contact 911 for emergency! Today I finally completed a project which was just a figma board from a youtube video to a real working Project! This is my whole CX(Customer Experience) Agent in brief! Note: I'm going specific to Med Spa niche! First you'll get access to a chatbot which will be wherever you want! Youre CRM, Whatsapp, Gmail anywhere! You ask it questions about a Med Spa Business called Sume(its a made-up name), and it will answer all the inquiries, book appointments, update appointments, delete appointments! Currently I have connected it to Google Calender but for your usecase it might be your CRM or anything else! Now, whenever you chat with the CX Agent, it remembers some points like 1. Youre Name 2. Email 3. Preferred Styles/Notes 4. Recent Grooming Session 5. Recent Treatment Then in its future conversation it will refer those context and generate a personalized responses! Now, lets say the user went inactive for about 6 days, then we have a follow-up automation which will refer to these context and generate a personalized follow-up! --------------------------------------------------- But this is just the beginning! My next automation is a Lead Reactivation Automation! So, what if you have dead leads in your CRM and you want to send follow-up messages to them, then this automation will use the existing data like past conversations or anything else to get some context and generate a follow-up message! There are 3 other scenerios where we send a follow-up messages which is: 1. Qouted-not-closed Customers: These are the customers who have scheduled the appointment and need to pay the ammount before the session! Here it will use your CRM, your context Database, and generate a personalized follow-up message for your Customer! This will be also integrated in a Voice Agent as well! 2. Unpaid-Invoices: These are the type of customers who have not paid for the treatment even after the session! What I have heard is that business owners look into them once, twice or thrice and then just leave them! Here, they have lost their time and money! So My follow-up message checks the CRM, gets relevant information and generate a follow-up messages which gets sent every 6 days until the Customer pays! This will be also integrated in Voice Agent as well!

Today was one of those days, where you come back from school go to your Madrasa(which is like a islamic school), come back and have some talk with your clients, and its 11:00pm!
