Today, I worked on a follow up sequence integration for my Customer Experience Agent which was really crazy, cuz it worked really well!
So the idea is to create a chatbot for a Pet Grooming Company, which will answer queries and book appointments in Google Calendar!
Whenever the user types the pets name, his/her preferred grooming style and other notes everything gets saved in a DB!
So, the next time we say something like "Hello", it will respond back saying "Hey, Hows Sammy(Pets name) doing? Is she doing good with her allergies?"
But, to get this even further, If the user is inactive with the agent for 6 days then we are generating a follow-up message based on the data that is stored in the DB!
