**Apparently the RKC plank I chose for this original challenge aggravates a disc issue I have in my lumbar spine right now so I had to change it up a bit. For the next 90 days I will be doing a "core mobility" challenge. Simple setup below: 1) Pick a move you like that challenges your core and get after it. 2) 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off for 5 rounds 3) Share your experience in the comments 4) Repeat for 90 days 5) Thank me later đ How to do the RKC plank from the original challenge: 1. Forearms on floor 2. Elbows under shoulders 3. Feet together 4. Squeeze glutes 5. Pull elbows toward toes 6. Brace abs like someone is punching you 7.
