Community Ownership
I would love to see an option where you can have a percentage of ownership in a community. Somewhere, you can set up a percentage in billing so that you receive a percentage of the MRR. Would anyone else benefit from this?

I think it is an interesting idea. It would give people interested in investing in the actual business a chance to directly get revenue.
What is Your Morning Routine? 🫵
I love the topic of Morning Routines! What is a non-negotiable part of your morning routine to help you be more productive and crush the day?

@Faro Zacarías i like it. I have a busy, busy brain so if left to my own devices i will wake up and start rushing into my day if i didn't have a strategy. I wake and focus on what is the intention for the day, or principle I will consider (more then others). I give myself time to slowly get into work, markets, stress. I will check some brainy qoute's, or inspiring messages, perhaps pull up Spotify and have David Goggins scream at me to 'carry the boats' and then I am off reading the news/markets and responding to emails. Then check Skool.

@Sean Mize hahaha! That's it!
High-ticket is dead. Do this instead.
@Alberto Riehl runs Predictable Premium, an Insurance community that’s currently ranked #1 on The Skool Games leaderboard. In this episode, we talk about: - Why he believes high-ticket is dead - The benefits of Skool forcing us to “win our customers business every month” - Strategically positioning big events/high-energy activities at the end of the month to help with retention - Using AI to turn his “shittiest leads” into sales - Why wanting to quit 50 times per year is normal (and how to combat that feeling) - How text messages are the “new email” - His deeply personal connection to the insurance niche - Why he joined Sam Ovens’ mastermind 8-years-ago - The power of executing - And sage advice he’d give to a 20-year-old version of himself. Check it out! Alberto’s Skool: https://www.skool.com/predictable-premium-live-7361/about

@Matthew Thompson great interview. I have worked in risk management/insurance and know this persistency rate. It is important. I think particularly if you are trying to build a community having a monthly pay does mean you have to earn each month and nurture the community more. Great advice.
