1 Win & 1 Goal (Reflect o the past week)
Drop one win from last week (big or small, life or business). Then share one thing you’re gonna take action on this week ,and when you’re doing it. I always look back at the week before to find those wins. Doesn’t matter how small , it builds confidence and momentum for the week ahead. If you learned something, add that in there too.

Man reading everybody's posts is so inspiring! Awesome guys!! My big win for last week is making a business call I was putting off. I've also decided that that's what I'm going to take action on this week and going forward in life generally haha. I've always had a hard time with difficult conversations but find that it nevet does well to put something off till tomorrow what needs to be said today. This week I'm going to do all the hard things first and put the light stuff off till the end of the week 💪🏼
Kru Philosophy Coming soon
I think I have Kru Phil Nurse on board to come teach here in our community, famous coach of George St. Pierre, Jon Jones, The Ultimate Fighter and many more. Myself and @Jake Bilbo made a trip over to Mobile Alabama today to support a fundraiser for Adam Hicks, a friend and coach fighting for his life. He's an incredible man. Kru Phil taught an amazing seminar. At the end he talked about his mindset and philosophy, which I'm familiar with, but I love hearing his philosophy. His wisdom has really made a difference in my life. Fingers crossed, we are close to a day and time in October. Please let me know what you would want to learn from the undefeated world champion?

Awesome 🙌🏼
Adding strengths
New attributes are hard to come by on your lonesome. Find a hobby, make some friends, enjoy their company and maybe their strengths will start to rub off on you. 🙏🏼 Genuine connection with folks only do you good. I have a week full of friends to train at the gym this week and this is what I think I’ve always wanted with a gym. I can leave and train, they can come and train. This is all possible with removing the “I need to be better than this guy to be successful” phrase from your mindset. Make friends= Find more ways to win.

Brother this is awesome 👇🏼 It was definitely something I struggled with for a long time. ***Removing the “I need to be better than this guy to be successful” It's a mindset that really frees us up to grow without comparison or envy.

@Alan Belcher Yeah man definitely. I feel slow to mature in some ways, but I'll never stop working on it.
Men are afraid of this... (I was most of my life)
Answer the question after you read this. Marcus Aurelius had a dude follow him around just to remind him, “you’re only a man.” Even the emperor needed someone to keep his ego in check. Me and Gavin were talking last night. things are going great right now. Fights, business, family, this group. But it’s not luck. It’s leadership. Not forcing, not ego. Just communicating, showing up, and leading by example. Today I’m rolling to Mobile with Mike and Bilbo for Kru Phil Nurse’s fundraiser seminar. Pumped to get some coach time and talk about leading our fighters. Always learning, always leveling up. And here’s the truth… THIS is what men’s work really is. We’ve all been scared to be real with other men. We hide behind the mask. But men’s work is raw connection, it’s being open, it’s scary as hell. It’s letting yourself feel that unescapable accountability. When you’re surrounded by good men, you’re held to a standard , not by force, but by connection. By a shared pursuit of excellence. You can’t hide from it. So get involved in this group. Stay connected. Let’s level up together. Question: What standard do you want to be held to that you may be afraid to be held to it??? hmmmm

What a question! This for me is about personal honesty. I feel I know what is right and wrong, but will allow myself justification to miss the mark. I am scared to accept and live by the standard of my highest self.

I'm going to abstain from YouTube shorts. It might seem trivial but for me it's a huge distraction and sometimes a danger (when driving). I also know logically that it's horrible for my brain. The human mind is not designed to ingest an assassination, then in the next second a kitten video, then the next second a girl twerking. So yeah I think it'll go a long way to quieting my mind.
