Me and Gavin were talking last night. things are going great right now. Fights, business, family, this group. But it’s not luck. It’s leadership. Not forcing, not ego. Just communicating, showing up, and leading by example.

Today I’m rolling to Mobile with Mike and Bilbo for Kru Phil Nurse’s fundraiser seminar. Pumped to get some coach time and talk about leading our fighters. Always learning, always leveling up.

And here’s the truth… THIS is what men’s work really is. We’ve all been scared to be real with other men. We hide behind the mask. But men’s work is raw connection, it’s being open, it’s scary as hell. It’s letting yourself feel that unescapable accountability.

When you’re surrounded by good men, you’re held to a standard , not by force, but by connection. By a shared pursuit of excellence.

You can’t hide from it.
