Hey everyone! 👋
Came across this program on Facebook and decided to jump in. I’ve been focused on improving how my body feels - more flexibility, better movement, less stiffness. The intro modules are definitely a good challenge so far. I’m mainly here to work on mobility and would love to hear how others are using these routines or what results you’ve seen so far. Any tips for someone just starting?

@Yolanda Anderson Yes definitely! I'm still waking up with tight hips, but the good kind that let's me know I had a good stretch the day before 👍

@Andre Victorian Definitely still taking it day by day. If anything the routines aren't that difficult, it's mainly the sitting on my heels part that is worst for me haha, haven't done it in yrs 👍
