Seeing as how you sent 800, it's probably just a statistical error. In the time between scraping leads, importing them, and sending the emails, some could have stopped working.
Twitter Cold DM
Hi guys anyone has done twitter cold dm, I thought of using colddm.me but its sends all msg at once. Do you think its a good idea or I should manually send it.

Depends on your account age, if it's verified, if you're sending to verified accounts, and how many you're sending. I'd definitely consider getting a verified account to increase your odds of success and probably limit start the DMs slow much like email warm up.
10-15% Open Rate on the initial touch
What percent of open rate have you guys seen when contacting decision makers of ecom brands. I've ran multiple domains, and have seen around 10-15% OR, which is obviously low, but my sending accounts and domains are fine and well? Is that maybe because of a number of emails that they get daily pitching them services? Is quick question subject line overused for ecom brands, should I change it? Thanks

Too low. Aim for 50%. Segment your audiences. I know its tedious but having 100 people that are given a very specific and personalized message is better than than 1000 unspecific ones. Try to create large buckets of highly segmented audiences for your specific offer. Make sure the offer is extremely specific and relevant.
