Reader funnel
Do readers get irritated and drop off with 9 introductory emails sent through automation?

I have automation running that takes the subscriber through **months** of being on the list and I haven't seen a significant drop off. There will awlays be the people who unsub as soon as they have their free book, but if they're there for YOU and you deliver interesting emails the length of the automation shouldn't be a factor.

@Delta James In case this helps my standard automation (I have different entries based on series is) -- Immediately get the free book -- wait 2 days : check that they got what they wanted -- wait 3 days : a little bit about the author (roughly about how I started wrting this genre) -- wait 4 days : what are you reading? (establishes me as a reader too) -- wait 1 week : more specific about me (in this case it's about my home/where I live because that's thematically relevant to my books) -- wait 1 week : my best recommendations for books similar to mine -- wait 9 days : more about my best-selling series -- wait 9 days : about one of my other series -- wait 9 days : about one of my other series -- move them to the "warm readers" automation (whcih all the individual sources funnel into Warm automation is all evergreeen but not series specific stuff like: -- reminder you can get my books at libraries -- reminder of my social media platforms you can come hang out with me -- reminder of all my permafrees, etc
First Ad Campaign reveals that something needs adjusting
First Ad Campaign. No sales :( Natch, I have learnt that I need to change something somewhere along the process. I don't think it's my ads themselves as I got a number of clicks. But when they get to the Amazon page, that's where it all ended. I wonder if it's my book description? Here are my screen shots. For Male & Female Audiences (the latter more expensive clicks):

Sidebar : I'm watching the Q&A replay and the discussion of your blurb made me want to give you this example: Natural Beauty by Ling Ling Huang features a nameless 1st person narrator (https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Beauty-Novel-Ling-Huang/dp/0593472942) and the blurb gives a focus on her without a specific name. Maybe your blurb revision could use some of these tactics

Less a question and more just a request for validation? 😂 These ads have been running for ~2 weeks and I think this is decent performance? I have pruned 1 headline from 1 of the ads, and will look over it again in the next day or two. I don't really have many good author targets; that audience is ~4 million compared to the film/tv audience of ~40 million. I have more images I could test/try, etc. But really just ... tell me if I'm on the right track? Thank you!
Ads Manager Problem
I'm doing something wrong, and I can't see how to fix it. I can't see which of my 3 images is performing best on my ad. @Jennifer Jensen shared where she turned hers on (image 1). But when I click on that in my ad, I see the second image. Obviously, something's not set right in my account.

You can search for IMAGE or TEXT in the box at the top and then should be able to see it

Could you talk about any difference in ad creative when we’re running ads to an omnibus instead of book 1?
