Doing a vertical pull like a lat pulldown or a pull-up can seem tricky without equiptment like cables, bands or racks … try this as an alternative. Cossack squats kicked my butt! I went for form over depth and used 10 pound weights on each of my shoulders. I admit… I’ve been avoiding push ups but the Z press even got my sternum firing.
