One Campaign Doesnt seem to get any conversions
@Joey LeClear I have one campaign that is getting tons of impressions and has about a 7% CTR. The problem is its getting no conversions after 30 days which i find weird. I looked into my GA4 and see that its getting page_views, and add to cart events but i see no Begin_checkout events. Could it be that just one campaign is not working while the others have. I do not see any erros in GTM. I checked to see if my content security policy is blocking stuff and i dont see that. Any help is appreciated. I hired a company to set up out tags and such but now i am wondering if we need someone else.

Hey! From what you’re describing, it sounds like your tags themselves are firing (page_view, add_to_cart), but the Begin_checkout event isn’t triggering, which explains why conversions aren’t showing. A few things to check: • Make sure the Begin_checkout trigger is firing on the exact checkout page (sometimes URL changes or dynamic content breaks triggers). • Verify that GA4 event parameters match what Google Ads expects for conversion tracking. • If you’re using enhanced measurement or server-side GTM, confirm events aren’t blocked by consent or CSP rules. Often, it’s not a campaign issue but a tracking setup issue. If needed, a quick GTM review usually fixes it and restores conversions for the affected campaign.

Title: Subdomain vs. Subdirectory for Google Ads: Which is better for GTM tracking?
Hi everyone, I'm setting up multiple landing pages for a client's Google Ads campaigns. I want to keep everything under one GTM container and one Google Ads account for streamlined tracking. Which structure do you prefer for efficiency and data accuracy? - Option A: Subdirectories (domain.com/offer-1) - Option B: Subdomains (offer1.domain.com) Main concerns: 1. Which setup is easier to avoid cross-domain tracking issues in GTM? 2. Does using a subdomain affect Quality Score compared to the root domain? 3. For scaling (10+ pages), which one is easier to manage for global tags? What’s your "gold standard" setup? Thanks!

Solid question. My default / gold standard is Option A: subdirectories (domain.com/offer-1). Why: • No cross-domain tracking needed → fewer GTM/GA4 headaches • One GTM container works cleanly with global tags • Easier conversion attribution and cleaner data • Faster to scale/manage when you have 10+ pages Subdomains can work, but they add complexity (cross-domain config, referrer exclusions) with no real Quality Score advantage in most cases. Google treats subdomains as separate properties more often than subdirectories. I only use subdomains when there’s a strong technical reason (separate CMS, app, or infrastructure). Otherwise, subdirectories keep tracking and optimization much simpler.
How December Changed Everything for me
How December Changed Everything $17,000 in Revenue I won’t lie most of this year was hard for me. From January onward, I had the motivation, the ideas, and the desire to win but the results just weren’t coming. I stayed up late trying to figure things out on my own, second-guessing myself, feeling stuck while watching others move forward. There were moments I genuinely wondered if online business was even meant for me. Then December came and the change wasn’t because I suddenly became a genius or worked 10x harder. The real shift happened when I stopped trying to do everything alone and finally accepted help. A friend shared a business model with me that I almost ignored because of fear and past disappointments. I hesitated but I decided to give it one last honest try. That single decision changed everything. This December alone, I crossed $17,000 in revenue. More than the money, I gained clarity, confidence, and a system that actually made sense. If this year felt heavy for you if you’ve been trying, learning, and still not seeing results please know this: Sometimes it’s not about working harder. Sometimes it’s about finding the right direction. I’m not here to hype anything. I’m just sharing my experience. If this resonates with you and you’re curious about how it works, feel free to message me directly. I’ll be honest and reply when I can.: we can connect through my link here me https://wa.me/16838326153
