Later Read and learn Surah Al-Qadr with translation Watched a furqan Qureshi blogs Reflection & Intention for the Next Day Now that the second Ashra of Ramadan has ended, the last Ashra is about to begin. These last ten nights are very special because Laylatul Qadr can be in any of these nights. During these nights, I want to focus more on worship and connection with Allah. My goal is to: Increase my ibadah Make more duas Recite and understand the Quran Spend the nights in meaningful worship Because of this, I might be less active in the community and I might not watch class videos regularly, but I will try to manage them when possible. These nights are extremely valuable. They should not be wasted in laziness or unnecessary activities. The more effort we put into these nights, the more benefit we gain for ourselves and for our hereafter. Top Priorities Watch class videos Recite Durood Shareef Memorize one Surah from the Quran Read Quran daily Do Journal Writing Make duas regularly Things to avoid Avoid wasting time unnecessarily on the phone Do not be lazy in the nights of Laylatul Qadr Avoid distractions that reduce focus on Ibadah

Start with small steps that feel easy for you. I also had the same problem, but I solved it in a simple way. I decided to give some time every day. Even if I watch only half of a video, I still watch it. I also give some time to the community daily, even if it is just 10 minutes. The important thing is to make a habit of doing it every day. In sha Allah you will become consistent with time.
Setting realistic goals in freelancing notes
1. Short-Term Plan (0–3 Months) Goal: Get first 3 clients, build portfolio, test your service. Actions Apply to 5–10 Upwork jobs daily with personalized proposals. Send 20 cold DMs daily on Instagram or LinkedIn. If you don’t have a portfolio: Do 3 free or low-cost projects in exchange for reviews. Focus on one clear service (example: YouTube or Instagram video editing). Key Focus Getting real projects Collecting reviews Building a small portfolio 2. Mid-Term Plan (3–12 Months) Goal: Earn $2K–$5K per month and build authority. On Upwork Optimize profile with keywords Example: “YouTube Video Editor | Engaging Reels for Brands” Improve ranking in Upwork search. Increase price after every 3 clients Example: $100 → $200 per project. Outside Upwork Post content on LinkedIn & Instagram (1–2 times/week). Engage in Facebook groups or communities. Convert one-time clients to monthly retainers Example: 4 videos/month = $800. 3. Long-Term Plan (1–3 Years) Goal: Scale to $10K/month and build an agency. On Upwork Stop applying to jobs and focus on inbound clients. Reach Top Rated or Top Rated Plus. Offer high-ticket packages ($1,000+ retainers). Off Upwork Hire a junior freelancer for smaller tasks. Build a lead system on LinkedIn/Instagram. Create an agency website and scale outside freelance platforms. 4. Use Data, Not Emotion Always check market demand before choosing a niche. Track: Hours worked Money earned Proposal response rate Example: Sent 100 proposals Got 5 replies Response rate = 5% Improve by: Writing short proposals (3–5 sentences) Showing results Adding portfolio links 5. Track Hours vs Earnings Example: Work 40 hours/week Earn $1,000/month Hourly rate = $25/hour Solution: Drop low-paying projects Focus on higher-value clients 6. Reverse Engineer Income Goals Example goal: $5K/month Option 1 (Hourly) Rate = $50/hour Need 100 billable hours/month Option 2 (Retainers) 1 client pays $1,000/month Need 5 clients for $5K 7. Cold Outreach Strategy Example DM:
