Sleep & Wake • Slept: 2:00 AM • Woke up: 10:00 AM • Total Sleep: ~8 hours 🕒 Daily Timeline 10:00 am: Woke up, had breakfast, read a book 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Household chores Zuhr: Missed 3:00 pm: Got ready and went to madrasa Asr: Performed prayer 5:20 pm: Came home, rested (energy was very low today) 6:15 pm: Performed Maghrib prayer After Maghrib: Test practice, revised namaz azkar, read a book, Instagram scrolling 11:00 pm: Performed Isha prayer, had dinner 11:40 pm Wrote journal, going to sleep 🏆 Wins of the Day Attended madrasa despite low energy. Practiced for tests and revised namaz & azkar. Stayed consistent with reading and journaling. 🔁 Improvements for Tomorrow Try to sleep earlier to improve energy levels. Avoid missing Zuhr prayer. Reduce unnecessary scrolling. Take better care of health and rest. 🧠 End-of-Day Reflection Today was physically draining, but I still showed up. Even with low energy and a missed prayer, I continued learning, practiced for my test, and stayed consistent with journaling. Tomorrow is a new chance to improve my routine, energy, and focus step by step.

Here are three ways to make your time more effective: ​1. The "No-Scroll" Zone You mentioned scrolling from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. This is your "Golden Window" because you just woke up. - ​Correction: Keep your phone in another room or use a "Work Focus" mode. Day 5 || 16-Dec-2025 || Tuesday || $1000 in 30-day challenge. Date: 16/12/25 Day: Tuesday One thing I want to remember about today? I am seeing real improvement in my routine and sleep/wake consistency compared to previous days since joining this community. I hit my 8 hours of work! What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Went to sleep at 11:40 PM and woke up at 11:40 AM. Total = 12 hours 😴 (A full recharge!) My Day's Journey: 11:40 AM - 1:00 PM: Woke up, had breakfast, and got ready to go to work. 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Went to the office and completed my 8 hours of focused work (including tasks related to the bike). 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM: Completed all prayers, had food, and finished the remaining tasks. 1:00 AM: Came back home. 3:00 AM: Started the sleep routine. (Note: Time between 1 AM and 3 AM was used productively, no long scrolling session!) What data will I look up after a month or a year? The overall shift in my sleep/wake pattern (time efficiency), the quality of my work output, and the monthly targets achieved. Reminders: Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. No one can help you but yourself. Small wins are essential. Watching some improvements in myself when I join this community!

I need to eliminate the 2 hours of phone scrolling after work to better utilize that time. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Went to sleep at 5:00 AM and woke up at 12:00 PM. Total = 7 hours 🧘 My Day's Journey: 12:00 PM: Woke up and prepared for work. ~1:00 PM: Went to the office. ~9:00 PM: Brain was on, food break, and prayers. ~1:00 AM: Finished all work and prayers. 1:00 AM - 3:00 AM: Came back and spent 2 hours scrolling on the phone. 3:00 AM: Started the sleep routine. What data will I look up after a month or a year? Tracking the amount of time wasted on scrolling versus time spent on high-value activities, and the progress toward my monthly revenue targets. Reminders: Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. No one can help you but yourself. Small wins are essential.
