Sleep & Wake • Slept: 2:00 AM • Woke up: 10:00 AM • Total Sleep: ~8 hours 🕒 Daily Timeline 10:00 am: Woke up, had breakfast, read a book 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Household chores Zuhr: Missed 3:00 pm: Got ready and went to madrasa Asr: Performed prayer 5:20 pm: Came home, rested (energy was very low today) 6:15 pm: Performed Maghrib prayer After Maghrib: Test practice, revised namaz azkar, read a book, Instagram scrolling 11:00 pm: Performed Isha prayer, had dinner 11:40 pm Wrote journal, going to sleep 🏆 Wins of the Day Attended madrasa despite low energy. Practiced for tests and revised namaz & azkar. Stayed consistent with reading and journaling. 🔁 Improvements for Tomorrow Try to sleep earlier to improve energy levels. Avoid missing Zuhr prayer. Reduce unnecessary scrolling. Take better care of health and rest. 🧠 End-of-Day Reflection Today was physically draining, but I still showed up. Even with low energy and a missed prayer, I continued learning, practiced for my test, and stayed consistent with journaling. Tomorrow is a new chance to improve my routine, energy, and focus step by step.
