The Description Test
Alright, let's do something uncomfortable real quick. I want you to describe your community in ONE sentence. (And without saying the name of your community) But here's the catch. You can't use these words: - help - support - teach - connect - share I know. That just took away like 90% of our toolkit, right? Here's why this matters. Most of community builders have been describing what happens INSIDE their community. The activity. The stuff they host. But that's not what makes our communities valuable. What makes it valuable is what CHANGES because people show up. Not what they consume. What they BECOME. So when you strip away all the "helper" words, what are you actually left with? That's the real thing. That's what you're building. So let's see what you're really building. Drop your one sentence below. No forbidden words. Just the truth. And if you can't figure it out yet? That's okay. Post "I don't know yet" and maybe the community here can help. Drop it here ๐Ÿ‘‡

Fun exercise! Here's my first crack at it. My community is a woman-centred space where we shine a light on shame, reconnect with the parts we were taught to hide, and rebuild self-trust, inner authority, and full humanity. ๐Ÿ’—

If You Want to Succeed on Skool in 2026, You Need to Understand This
I was a guest on Adnan Pilditch's skool podcast here's why you should watch. Just had an amazing conversation about what actually makes Skool communities work (and what kills them in 30 days). If you're planning to build or grow your Skool community in the new year, watch this first: What we covered: - The #1 mistake that kills communities - The "living case study" approach - the easiest, most sustainable community you can build - How to validate your community idea for $25-50 (get objective data) - Why personal growth IS business growth ๐Ÿ”— Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXiFlwKvB3U&views Want to put this into practice for 2026? Join my FREE Grow & Scale Challenge starting on the 2nd of January: https://www.skool.com/growers/about This is a 7-day self-paced challenge where you'll build your business plan AND your Skool community in parallel. We kick off with a guided Vision Board & Clarity Party ๐Ÿฅณ After that you'll get 7 days of short dialy videos (10 minutes each) plus implementation resources to walk away with: ๐ŸŒฑ General Business Planning Track: Clear vision for yourself and business, offers mapped and prioritized, conversion corridor clear, bottlenecks identified, and a 90-day action plan ๐Ÿš€ Skool Launch Track: Your community model chosen, about page written, tier structure set, welcome and upgrade sequence built, and your first offers mapped so you are ready for (re)launch and traffic ๐Ÿšฆ

Amazing! Can't wait to get started! ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Flame requirements
Can someone clarify for me? Is it 10 activities a day in the community you run? Or in any Skool communities you're in? For example - do they all have to be within my Positive Parenting Community that I own? Or can I also get activity points by posting in here? I'm so confused. ๐Ÿ˜

This Hit Me Way Harder Than Any Framework
One thing I really appreciated in Evelynโ€™s trainings is... She didnโ€™t just teach the strategy. She actually did it alongside us. That hit me more than any framework or tactic. Watching someone build in real time, making decisions, adjusting, sometimes scrapping things, it just feels way different than being handed a polished playbook after the fact. It made the learning feel grounded. Less โ€œhereโ€™s the theory,โ€ more โ€œhereโ€™s what this looks like when itโ€™s messy.โ€ Thatโ€™s something I will be trying in my own community. Instead of teaching from a finished outcome, I am going to write and publish a book in public with the people who are learning, start to finish, same constraints, same process. Not because itโ€™s cleanerโ€ฆ but because itโ€™s more honest. Curious how others think about this. Do you learn better when someone teaches after theyโ€™ve finished, or while theyโ€™re in it? As a community owner, have you tried building alongside your members? Whatโ€™s worked (or not worked) when youโ€™ve done that? Would love to hear different takes on this.

Yes! I love the way she teaches over the shoulder. It made things much more real for me.

@Rich Gomez I think thatโ€™s a smart move. Good luck! Keep us updated :)
Live Recordings
Hello..I wanted to ask...once I have pinned my live recording to a course page, how do I hide it from the community as this is a recording that only my premium members should have access to. My other question is, are all of the LIVE videos that we do deleted after 20 days? I posted mine after the recording and I thought it saved it, but my older videos are not there to view???? Thank you.
