Alright, let's do something uncomfortable real quick.

I want you to describe your community in ONE sentence. (And without saying the name of your community)

But here's the catch. You can't use these words:

help
support
teach
connect
share

I know. That just took away like 90% of our toolkit, right?

Here's why this matters.

Most of community builders have been describing what happens INSIDE their community. The activity. The stuff they host. But that's not what makes our communities valuable.

What makes it valuable is what CHANGES because people show up.

Not what they consume. What they BECOME.

So when you strip away all the "helper" words, what are you actually left with?
