Happy Saturday!
Happy Saturday, Team! Saturday's I work a little less, I just do like 4 hours of consults. So this morning I filmed this week's YouTube video which will be on Zone 2 cardio. Now seeing consults and then I can finally lift. I've only been lifting 2-3 times a week max for the past 3 years. Luckily I still look like I lift 😅 But I try to just switch between upper and lower days. I think today I'll hit upper. Then we usually get some food out. If I have my way it's usually Mexican food! It's nice out though and there's a sushi place within walking distance so I might see if Victoria wants to walk and pig out on soosh 🍣 What's everyone doing today??

@Adam Hotchkiss I completely agree with you! That’s exactly what Michael and I do, and what we tell clients too. We’ll definitely enjoy a meal out, especially for special occasions, and not worry about losing any progress. We like to add some type of protein to our meal (usually a side of egg whites if we’re having breakfast). I wouldn’t overthink having a meal out and just enjoy those moments, then get back to the plan after☺️
