Happy Saturday, Team!
Saturday's I work a little less, I just do like 4 hours of consults. So this morning I filmed this week's YouTube video which will be on Zone 2 cardio. Now seeing consults and then I can finally lift. I've only been lifting 2-3 times a week max for the past 3 years. Luckily I still look like I lift 😅 But I try to just switch between upper and lower days. I think today I'll hit upper. Then we usually get some food out. If I have my way it's usually Mexican food! It's nice out though and there's a sushi place within walking distance so I might see if Victoria wants to walk and pig out on soosh 🍣
