I Hit 20% Body Fat and Something Still Wasnât Right
Women donât struggle with their physical health and body because they lack discipline or information. They struggle because theyâre trying to change their bodies alone and by adding more rules. That was me. I spent years trying to fix my personality, force consistency, and push my body to look a certain way. Even when I got down to 20% body fat and could crank out 10 pull-ups, I wasnât content. I had pain, poor sleep, and a constant sense that I needed to do more. The shift wasnât another âdo moreâ plan. It was unlearning beliefs that kept me stuck, reactive to others, and critical of my personality and my body. Many women tie their self worth to performance. They believe they need to earn rest, confidence, or consistency by having a nicer body, being a better caregiver, producing higher quality work. That belief quietly drives overtraining, under eating, and the cycle of starting over. The work I do helps women build physical strength while also learning how to support themselves through discomfort instead of abandoning or avoiding it. We donât add more knowledge. We practice applying what you already know in a way your body can actually tolerate forever. When that shift happens, weight loss, strength, and pain begin to improve without relentless control. Discipline evolves into a privilege and a choice. Eating well and lifting weights stop feeling like chores. Clothes in your closet start getting worn again. If youâre buried under fitness advice and promises, and you can feel weakness, pain, procrastination, and guilt slowly draining your energy and joy, we have solutions for you in our Strong Women community. Itâs fun to see muscles show up, make friends, and feel less pain along the way.
