WHAT DOES PEACE MEAN TO YOU?
After my exam today, I came home and tried to rest. I picked up my phone and started scrolling through reels. One reel caught my attention. It was from a podcast. The interviewer asked, β€œAre you happy?” and the guest said something that stayed with me: β€œI’m not searching for happiness. I’m searching for peace. Where there is happiness, there is sadness. If something can rise, it must fall. If you can gain something, you can lose something. I stopped chasing happiness. What truly matters to me is peace.” I kept thinking about this because I didn’t fully understand it. For me, happiness always felt like peace. When I’m happy, I stay away from tension and stress. Happiness makes everything feel light for a while. But the guest was right. Happiness and sadness come and go. So now I’m asking myself a few things: What is peace in real life? Could you please tell me what does peace mean to you? Have you found your own peace? If yes, how? Because I’m still trying to understand the difference between happiness and peace, and how someone can reach a point where their peace does not depend on people, moments, or results. @Haroon Khalil I would really value your thoughts on this. You always explain things with clarity, and your guidance might help me understand this better.

@Mesheeza Ilyas Today I watched Video and title was "Save your energy", in which Bhai Haroon describe how small things in your life are draining you energy (bandwidth), like what dress you should wear for office , which path you take like that. These are very small things we are doing daily without ever giving its a thought. So in that matter I don't want to think about it. I don't want to burnout 😁

Walikum Assalam. I’m very sorry for your loss. May Allah grant your husband Jannat-ul-Firdous. Your strength and courage are truly inspiring. InshaAllah Allah will ease your path β€” we’re all here to support you.”
Need Guidance
I wanted to ask for guidance: if someone is busy with papers or other work, is it okay to watch the courses slowly at their own pace? I’m currently not able to give a lot of time, so I wanted to confirm if watching the sessions whenever I’m free is acceptable or if it’s mandatory to follow the fast pace.

Yes you can learn slowly but must decide how many hours or minutes you can spend daily on learning. Set some goals on daily bases, 4 weekly goals, one montly goal and 1 year goal. Do little work daily and try to achieve that goals no matter what happend. Then stuck to that damn decision.
