DAILY JOURNAL - Day 49- 20th January 2026 (Tuesday)
SLEEP LOG Slept at: 7:30 AM Woke up: 1:30 PM Total Sleep Hours: 6 Hours LONG-TERM FOCUS - Align the daily routine to achieve goals. - Scale my Agency. - Client outreach to maximum. - Bring back the lost focus & discipline. DAILY REMINDERS - No one can waste my time except me. - Win the seconds to win the hours. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. - Maintain Daily Log. TODAY’S TOP 2 PRIORITY TASK - Client Outreach. - Content for Socials. COMPLETION RATE: - Task 1: 80% - Task 2: 60% Overall Daily Goal Completion: 70% ROUTINE OF THE DAY 1:30 – 3:00 PM: Refreshed and prayed Zuhr. Family was having lunch, so joined them. 3:00 – 4:40 PM: Turned on the systems and take care of regular business task. 4:40 – 4:55 PM: Prayed Asr. 5:00 – 6:05 PM: Back to completing tasks. It included writing web copy for a client. 6:10 – 6:30 PM: Prayed Maghrib. 6:30 – 7:45 PM: There was some legal issues to discuss with a lawyer friend so visited him. 7:45 – 8:15 PM: Prayed Isha. 8:40 – 9:45 PM: Workout (Missed since Thursday, helped clear the mind). 10:10 – 10:50 PM: Dinner. Call to nephews. 11:10 – 1:15 AM: Regular work with team. Major parts of the current project near finalization. 1:30 – 2:15 AM: LinkedIn engagement & Outreach. Missed Instagram’s. 2:20 – 3:15 AM: Created content for socials but not satisfied so left it for tomorrow to continue with clear mind. 3:20 – 3:45 AM: Journal the day. PRAYER LOG Fajr ✅ Zuhr ✅ Asr ✅ Maghrib ✅ Isha ✅ LEARNINGS OF THE DAY - Complete tasks which require in first leg of the day. - Negativity is contagious, cut it off. Methods or Common Mistakes: - Be attentive of what is running in subconscious. WINS OF THE DAY - Major milestones of tasks are achieved. - Clarity over long awaited issues. CHALLENGES OR SETBACKS - Content for socials. - Retaining Peace. REFLECTIONS - Kept a check on what I am thinking or lead into thinking. Changed the thought process entirely.

DAILY REMINDERS - No one can waste my time except me. - Win the seconds to win the hours. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. - Maintain Daily Log. TODAY’S TOP 2 PRIORITY TASK - Get the projects aligned. - Restart outreaching. COMPLETION RATE: - Task 1: 100% - Task 2: 40% Overall Daily Goal Completion: 70% ROUTINE OF THE DAY 11:00 – 11:45 AM: Woke up, refreshed and Breakfast. 11:50 – 2:30 PM: Utilized the day start energy to focus on work. Got things in order after last week’s emergencies. Aligned the tasks at hand along priority list. 2:30 – 2:55 PM: Prayed Zuhr. 3:00 – 3:30 PM: Lunch. 3:30 – 4:30 PM: Back to workstation. Call with cousin who got operated recently. 4:40 – 4:55 PM: Prayed Asr. 5:00 – 6:05 PM: Meeting with team. 6:10 – 6:30 PM: Prayed Maghrib. 6:35 – 7:30 PM: Spent time with Ammi, she’s feeling better today (Shukar Alhamdulillah). 7:45 – 8:15 PM: Prayed Isha. 8:20 – 9:45 PM: To workstation, worked with a team member over a client’s project. 10:00 – 10:30 PM: Dinner. 10:30 – 11:15 AM: Went out for a while as feeling heavy. 11:30 – 2:45 AM: Back home and to the regular routine work. 2:50 – 3:15 AM: Journal the day, it really helped clear the mind. PRAYER LOG Fajr ❌ Zuhr ✅ Asr ✅ Maghrib ✅ Isha ✅ LEARNINGS OF THE DAY - Mind is really heavy from distressing back to back bad news. - We have to pull ourselves out of negativity, else drown further. Methods or Common Mistakes: - 2-Minute Rule, Just start the task. WINS OF THE DAY - Tasks were aligned for the week. - Team is on same wavelength. CHALLENGES OR SETBACKS - Community engagement. - Workout. REFLECTIONS - Although it felt difficult to get back in routine but achieved somewhat. TOMORROW’S GOALS

Date: 17-01-2026 Day: Saturday 💤 Sleep Log - Slept at: 6:30 AM - Woke up at: 2:15 PM - Total sleep time: 7.5 hours 📝 Action Log 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM - Had breakfast - Completed house chores 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM - Played and spent quality time with nephew and niece 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM - Went to the parlor 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM - Engaged actively in the community - Posted Daily Journal - Shared tips with new community members about clearing confusions, leveling up, unlocking lectures, and understanding dummy bidding - Attended two live sessions (unexpected but fruitful) - Reviewed few SMM Assignments 1 - Published a new listing on Etsy - Watched some classroom videos 🌱 Reflection Today was a well-balanced mix of family, self-care, and professional growth. Spending time with my nephew and niece added joy to my day, while attending spontaneous live sessions in the community expanded my learning and networking. Publishing a new Etsy listing and sharing tips with others gave me a sense of contribution and accomplishment. Even unplanned moments, like the live sessions, turned out to be highly productive. ⚠️ Challenges - Sleep schedule remains irregular, which could affect energy levels and focus. - Long hours of community engagement and work extended late into the night. - Need to manage time better between personal care, family, and professional learning to maintain consistency without exhaustion.

TODAY’S TOP PRIORITY TASK - Outreaching (Neglected last 3 days). COMPLETION RATE: - Task: 100% Overall Daily Goal Completion: 100% ROUTINE OF THE DAY 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Wake up and had breakfast. Some random work. Showered and went for Jummah. 2:05 – 3:00 PM: Back home and Lunch. 3:10 – 4:45 PM: Felt heavy so just rest a while. 4:50 – 5:10 PM: Prayed Asr. 5:15 – 5:55 PM: To workstation and checked team progress. 6:10 – 6:30 PM: Prayed Maghrib. 6:35 – 7:30 PM: Back to workstation and professional tasks started. 7:35 – 8:00 PM: Prayed Isha. 8:05 – 9:00 PM: Outreaching finally executed after few days break. 9:10 – 10:00 PM: Dinner & walk after it. 10:00 – 1:00 AM: Few calls were scheduled, went pretty well. Regular professional work. 1:00 – 1:15 AM: Journaled the day. PRAYER LOG Fajr ❌ Jummah ✅ Asr ✅ Maghrib ✅ Isha ✅ REFLECTIONS - Don’t take health for granted. - Always be thankful for the relationships we have in our lives, not everyone has them. STATEMENT OF THE DAY “Don't let yesterday take up too much of today.” P.S. Haven’t posted last three days journals because someone close was admitted in hospital and staying with them.
