Where are my PML for new constructions?

Do we do POF for clients so they can get under contract? I know I saw something somewhere about it but I can’t find it.

So there might be a potential EMD. So the upfront fee we do 5% is to keep both parties safe correct? There is no deal if there is no upfront fee right? A few people have mentioned they rather have no upfront fee. I’m guessing there is no way around this correct? @Paul Brown

Hi everyone, just a quick question. I know we only do refundable EMd which makes sense, but for those non refundable EMDs what is the incentive for someone to do non refundable if they did decide to go out and find someone to lend them the EMd. Or if the individual just funded their own EMd and it was non refundable what then?

Question for everyone. I’ve been introducing myself to different people trying to network out. Someone messaged back who has a mentorship for his wholesale students. They asked if I wanted to partner up with him since he requires EMD when he is teaching and helping his students out. He sent over an agreement he had with someone else, in the past. My question would be if this is something that is common or how should I approach this?? Any information helps.
