I#m back on "Kontent Magic Story" and this is what helped my to get back on track
I started to work on "Kontent Magic Story" in 2024 around this time of the year and had to pause because of a serious health issue of one of my family members. Now started to get my "Kontent Magic Story" back on track, because I never 100% finished it on the frist try, but I was pretty close. After all it's a big automation for a newbie. Here is what helped me to update myself. 1. I use ChatGPT and Gemini to ask questions. 2. therefore I downloaded the blueprint.json in make.com 3. I downloaded all .csv of each Airtable table ( Stories, Scenes, Video Api, Story Types) 4. I build a google .doc with all the steps in the video of @Stephen G. Pope which you can find it here. 5. I send all of this to ChatGPT and ask him to go step-by-step (btw. forget the Make.com build in Ai) It works pretty well. And I think I understand much more than the first time. However I did realize that Leonardo.ai increased prices? On top I cannot run scripts on my current billing plan of Airtable, was this once free? And this is probably the reason why I have no (zero) input in make.com. I will upgrade. Or one of you tells me a better way?

@Avvy Shann no, you?
Little mistake crushed my Kontent Magic Story
instead of "Scene is not empty", unfortunately I put "Scene ID is not empty" crushed the whole system. I can tell you I am quite proud that I found it....๐Ÿซฃ

Why Implementing A Mission and Vision is HARD (at first)
I've been really fascinated with mission and vision statements lately. Because I've seen their true power. They keep you going when things go wrong. They take your EGO out and make whatever you're doing about OTHERS instead of you. They become a north star that keeps you focused on important things. But they are SUPER hard to actually implement. Very few people take the time to make the statements at all. Some take the time, and then quickly forget about them. Some speak the words into the world and quickly forget them after a lack luster response. And I know why, because at first, mission and vision statements have little meaning. If you do share your mission and vision with others, don't expect a big applause. In fact, the opposite. They are nothing but WORDS. Of course they have ZERO impact on the world. Most people won't connect with a few simple words that don't really directly apply to them. It's too abstract. People connect with true movements and a sense of momentum. That only comes from real proof, people moving in a direction, and lives being changed by those words. So yes you should share your mission and vision, but don't expect anything much in terms of feedback until those words CHANGE LIVES. As the leader you'll need to move mountains and gain that momentum all by yourself. It doesn't have to be you forever, but someone needs to be that flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ (that fire starter). Keep your eye on that north star and PROVE to people that those WORDS mean something. Then people will care.

@Rob Ruscher these are my thoughts dictated to chatGPT and then structured and revised by ChatGPT. But the basic subject I understand quite well...

โค๏ธ Tips and Tricks to Rebuild "Kontent Magic Story" That Helped Me! [Hit the Bell]
Warning: Don't start with "Content Magic Story" for your first project in process/content automation. It's too complex and may lead to frustration. Here are tips that helped me: 1. Use the video transcript to understand your steps. Transcript Link on Gdocs ๐Ÿ“– 2. Clear all unprocessed data in Make.com and start over. 3. Check and resolve Make.com error messages. 4. Delete unverifiable connections in Make.com (Main Menu > Connections). 5. Review "Automation History" in Make.com. 6. Check the "History" of your scenario in Make.com. 7. Check "Incomplete Executions" of your scenario in Make.com. 8. Test all actions under "Automations" in Make.com (click "Run a Script"). 9. Delete rows from Airtable.com and start again. 10. Check records in the queue, understand what made them stuck, resolve and delete them to start over. (Make.com > Webhooks > choose the right one > Queue) Disclaimer: My system isn't perfect, but it works for the steps I've built.

@Daniel Baumgardt not really because LLMs like ChatGPT are chat based and you need a "text" to post it into the prompt box of the LLM. How do you generate the text?

I mixed a parameter in an airtable filter and the whole system crushed/stood still. By observing where in make.com the system altered I could locate the area of the problem. Checked all parameters by going back and forth the video and double checking everything. The I found the wrong parameter.
