Thanks everyone for sharing on this platform, I'm truly enjoying it. I have gone down the rabbit hole of exploring opening a 24/7 sim experience and like the idea, but I'm worried there is too much competition in my area. I'm looking at an area close to a country club. No competitors in a few mile distance, but at 10ish miles, there are 4 competitors. While looking at their booking site, it doesn't appear any is booking well either. I feel I could differentiate as a better option, but not sure if the juice is worth the squeeze. Might have to move on from this idea!
