Thanks everyone for sharing on this platform, I'm truly enjoying it. I have gone down the rabbit hole of exploring opening a 24/7 sim experience and like the idea, but I'm worried there is too much competition in my area. I'm looking at an area close to a country club. No competitors in a few mile distance, but at 10ish miles, there are 4 competitors. While looking at their booking site, it doesn't appear any is booking well either. I feel I could differentiate as a better option, but not sure if the juice is worth the squeeze. Might have to move on from this idea!

I will break this down further in our later call but it was asked on the week 1 call. 1. Embarrass yourself on the internet 2. Go to every bar in town and put out flyers, half pages, table stands. 3. put flyers up in random places and leave them in the bathrooms at every major outlet store in the area. 4. Surround high volume areas with yard signs including drive through, schools, major highway exit and entrance ramps. 5. Free golf opening day 10-10 6. $500 closest shot challenge the Friday after opening. 7. Comment on every golf sim ad that you see both locally and nationally undercutting their prices and calling out that you are only $30 an hour and 24/7 8. Have a bunch of college kids go to bars and hand out flyers and try to get people to the closest shot challenge. 7. Currently have an $1000 challenge announced at our facility with a video coming soon. Lots more probably but that’s the bulk of it.
