I have started to come to this understanding, but this video just solidified it in my brain thank you for the clarity. I am separating my business from my personal personal is going on Mac mini with Hermes and obsidian database structure so everything’s local using ollama for the AI brain, which is also local. This is my personal Jarvis if you will. Now everything for my business that’s a different story that is all in the cloud. I use n8n for hardwiring Supabase for rag and linear data storage Claude as the brain of course everything separate everything’s clean. Everything is transferable when I sell the Business most importantly whenever I decide to do that. I get to keep my Mac mini with all of my personal stuff. My personal assistant stays intact. I can reroute it and rewire it if I start another business, clean.

@Marcos Accioly was just going to mention that.
Who's here? Drop your intro.
Tell us three things: 1. What you do (job, industry, student, career-changer, whatever) 2. What brought you to Clief Notes 3. One thing you're trying to figure out right now related to computing or AI I'll respond to every single one. And read each other's intros too because the person who's stuck on the same problem as you might already be in this thread. I'll go first I am Jake, I have been working in tech for 15 Years, building with Generative AI for 3 Years straight now! Excited to teach and learn! That's it. Simple, scannable, gives you data on who's joining and what they need, and keeps the feed clear for content that retains people past week one.

@Jake Van Clief Thanks @Jake Van Clief! So far, I have created a TikTok content pipeline that loads a ClickUp task up with a content idea for my VA. It also makes a Google folder per idea then puts an ElevenLabs mp3 in there of the voiceover and 4 video clips so all she has to do is open the folder, drag it all to CapCut to edit. Also made a dashboard that pulls sales data from Supabase. It’s got n8n loading up the database with data from my sales channels plus financial info from QBO. I’m vibe coding a new website for my business too to increase conversion rate. Doing local instances, pushing to GitHub then a staging before making live. I’m only about a month into all of this. Left my day job and went to the Philippines for a Month in February. Looking towards a laundry list of things to automate for my current business to help me and my VAs increase revenue.

@Daniel Tejada that’s the coolest field!! I’d be super interested in hearing about your business or concepts behind what you coach. I’ve really been into Neville Goddard and Wallace D. Waddles if you know who they are.
Claude Design Update is Folder Architecture
Claude design is fully released. It burns up tokens but it works very well, and allows you to automate the folder design process that I've been showing you all. My video will go on to how not to use it as I think there's still some limits to what it can be done, but it's the step in the right direction. Again, I've been telling you about building systems that will be amplified by updates, not replaced. This is a perfect example. I'm going to go ahead and make a nice long form video out about this. What do you want out of the YouTube video? Comment below what use cases you want me to explore in the long-form (and eventually course addition of course !) For those of you that have been studying this the past few months, how does it feel to be ahead for once!?

I used it to make do a rebrand guide for my business and then took over to claude code and have been vibe coding my wordpress for my ecommerce business and it...looks....snappy!! It would have taken me hours and hours. So happy about this, can't wait to implement it across some of my content pipelines.
Why are you here?
Jake talks about building systems that last a decade. That's a long time. What is the one thing you’re actually hoping to solve or scale with AI so you can focus on bigger things over the next 10 years? For me, it’s about mastering the technical logic so I’m not constantly chasing the next "hype" tool every six months. I want the systems to do the heavy lifting so I can reclaim my time.

I agree with you in that I want to dig into the core fundamentals. It's easier than ever to get sucked into the hype train just by the sheer speed and volume of this industry's growth, in fact humanity has never seen the exponential grow we have see in the tech industry....ever. So gettting the high level view is of utmost importance to me.

@Alex Nartey 100%, I was actually going to go into that, but stopped typing to get back to what I was doing..literally just finished my thought.
