Hi all - noticing some of my A4 prints are being sent using Evri, but not arriving on time… one is still waiting to be delivered from the 30th! I’ve raised the claim with Evri, but wondering why some prints are even sent with them rather than Royal Mail as Evri are notoriously bad?! Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi everyone, I had an Etsy order placed on 28th November - I sent it to printshrimp the same day. They have just messaged saying they never received their order, and I’ve checked the Royal Mail tracking details and Royal Mail also never received it from the printer! They’ve said they ordered it with enough time to receive for Christmas and now I doubt they will. I’m so nervous about getting a bad review as I’ve only had 8 orders so far 😔 I’ve responded the best I can, but they are obviously really upset! I’ve reported an issue with printshrimp but probably too late anyway. please advise!!

We are changing the way we send some sizes in the UK to ensure suitable delivery over Christmas. We have changed how we send A5, A4, 5x7" and 8x10" in the UK. As of today, the following sizes will be sent with upgraded tracking by default in the UK. This is to prepare for Christmas. During this period Royal Mail will not be prioritising letters and it is likely items sent with letter tracking (how we used to send these sizes) will take at least two weeks to arrive. Therefore, to avoid unnecessary delays and complications, we will now be sending letters with full RM48 tracking. This comes at a cost of £2 extra. This is £2 extra per order, and not per item. We have still left the option to send letters the old way, however we do not recommend this! Royal Mail are not prioritising standard letters at all and this will lead to significant delays. Any items sent with standard letter postage from the 22nd November will not be covered for resends. We do not profit from this postage upgrade at all, we just really recommend it!
