My results (update)
Hello and Happy New Year! I wanted to share my results with you. I started my thumb pulling practice on November 11, and during this time I’ve expanded my palate by around 2.5 mm. I trained for at least 2 hours a day, sometimes even a few dozen minutes longer, and also practiced mewing and hard mewing in my free time. I’m happy with the results and hope to improve them significantly in the coming year.

@Yisus Ale alr, I think it's because 20 min isn't enought. I mean there will be result but I think in this temp you will got like 1mm for 4-6 months

@Zeerak S what do you mean? Stretching? Zygopulliong, massage of palate and cobra-stretching. That's all I do
Thumpulling temporary?
Must you Mew to maintain thumbpulling progress, I an looking to get into thumbpulling but I find it hard to Mew since my palate is not big enough to fit my whole tongue and it gives me tension in the muscles near the hyoid and around the tmj's, is thumbpulling a process where new bone is created between the sutures and the palate truly expands, or is it only a temporary widening?

You should always mew. There were many cases in the last century when ppl after marpe lost all progress because they didn't used tongue to keep gains

@Jeff Dane because the tongue is a natural support, it should be naturally pressed to the palate. but you don't have it because you're young
What are your goals for next year?
Well guys, 2025 is close to an end. I'm glad to have started my journey this year, I've made a lot of progress. And we'll improve even more in 2026. I'm working hard on building more and better resources for you guys :) So, I'd like to know: What are your biomechanics' goals for next year? (health / function / aesthetics)
